The Society of Women Engineers is dedicated to empowering women and girls to achieve their desires and aspirations to become successful engineers. To accomplish this goal, the Greater Syracuse Area Section of SWE established an annual scholarship program over 30 years ago that through its lifetime has awarded over $150,000 worth of scholarships to over 100 deserving young women in the Syracuse area. With each year our program grows thanks to our corporate and private sponsors!
This program is entirely put together by our volunteers on the Scholarship Committee!
